In this 8 week course our students will create, refine, and perform their own improv show.

Students will work together to discover a form that highlights their strengths, and will perform their show 4 times on Sunday evenings beginning half way through the course.

Individual feedback to help students’ personal development will be given as well as guidance to help the group work as an ensemble.

This class will meet weekly at the Fallout Theater (616 Lavaca St) on Thursdays from 6:30-8:30pm starting Thursdays, October 17th.

Tuition for this class is $225.

This elective counts as 2 credit hours towards the 4 hours needed to graduate from Fallout Theater.

About Anthony Ellison

Anthony has an MFA in Playwriting from Ohio University, where he won the Scot McPherson Award for ‘Outstanding Play’. He performed, directed, wrote and produced tons of shows in Chicago, NYC, Liverpool, etc. He has performed and learned a lot from all the brand names of comedy, and teaches from many perspectives. His goal is to further mingle the values of progressive theater and comedy.
